German-Speaking Outbound Call Agent

We are looking for a fluent English + German speaker to support our customer outreach team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using provided scripts and contact lists. Communicate with customers in German. Log call results accurately. Report important customer feedback or issues. Typical call scenarios: Customer reactivation. Contacting high-value customers who have been difficult to reach. Helping customers with deposit-related issues. We provide: Full training. Telephony system. Call scripts and customer lists. Team support. Requirements: Fluent English and native/fluent German. Strong verbal communication skills. Confidence speaking with customers over the phone. Stable internet connection. Schedule: Part-time. Around 2–5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Flexible working hours based on business needs. Compensation: Please include your expected hourly rate when applying.
