Summary

We are Oliva Talent Management, a boutique IT recruiting agency connecting German companies with vetted tech professionals from across Europe. We are looking for a freelance cold caller to support our outbound outreach to HR decision-makers and hiring managers in Germany. Your tasks: - Cold call HR managers, Heads of IT, and hiring decision-makers at German companies - Introduce OTM's IT staffing and recruitment services - Qualify interest and book discovery calls for our senior consultants - Log call outcomes in a shared workspace (we provide lead lists, script, objection guide, and CRM access) Your profile: - German at C1+ level (you will speak with German decision-makers daily — fluency is non-negotiable) - At least 2 years of B2B sales or outbound calling experience - Familiarity with HR, staffing, recruitment, or IT services is a strong plus - Reliable, self-organized, available during German business hours - 10–20 hours per week, scalable based on results Compensation — open to discuss: We are flexible on the payment structure and want to find what works for both sides. Options we are open to: - Per hour (with milestone setup) - Per 100 calls completed - Per scheduled qualified appointment (booked discovery call) - Or a hybrid (e.g. small base + per-meeting bonus) Please share which model you prefer and your indicative rate in your proposal. What we provide: - Full onboarding: call script, ideal customer profile, prepared lead lists - Access to our CRM and shared workspace - Direct contact with our team during the pilot - Clear success metrics defined upfront Pilot scope: ~40–60 hours of work over 2–3 weeks, after which we evaluate together and decide on a longer engagement.
