German-Speaking Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) for a Swiss Guitar School

Summary

Music&Co., a guitar school in Zürich, Switzerland, is looking for a reliable, organized part-time remote virtual assistant to take daily admin off the founder's plate, so he can teach and lead instead of living in his inbox. German fluency (C1+) is essential. Our customers, invoicing, and inbox are all in German. IMPORTANT — please read before applying: - You must be based in Europe (CET or CEST time zone). Applications from outside Europe will not be considered. - You must answer all 4 questions at the bottom of this post. Applications with missing answers will be ignored. Hours: ~8-10 hrs/week to start (~2 hrs/day, Mon-Fri), with room to grow. Time zone: Remote, but you must overlap 2-3 hours/day with Zürich business hours (CET). Germany, Portugal, Austria, or anywhere in the wider EU all work well. What you'll do: - Manage our shared inbox and reply to routine inquiries (German + English) - Manage the calendar: book and reschedule trial lessons and meetings - Follow up on overdue invoices in Bexio (German payment reminders) - Onboard new students in our system and keep the CRM current - Collect and organize receipts for our accountant - Help with some personal tasks (e.g., travel booking) You bring: - Strong organization, reliability, and discretion with money and personal information - Comfort with Gmail, Google Calendar, and admin tools (Bexio, ClickUp, Attio, or fast to learn) - A warm, service-minded way with customers - Big plus: experience with AI tools, especially Claude Reporting: a short daily update and one weekly video check-in. Pay: USD 18-24/hour (about CHF 16-22), up to ~45 hours/month, with a review at 3 months. To apply, please answer all four questions below. Applications with missing answers will not be considered: 1.
