We are looking for native German (Switzerland) speakers to participate in an AI Voice Agent Evaluation Project. As part of this project, you will interact with an AI-powered customer service agent by completing two realistic phone conversations and evaluating the overall experience using our annotation platform. Task Details - Use your mobile phone to call the assigned AI agent phone number. - Complete two natural customer service conversations with an AI Voice Agent based on the following scenarios ---- 1 for Airline and 1 for Healthcare - Have a natural conversation with the AI. - Complete an evaluation after each call using our annotation tool. - Carefully assess the AI's communication quality, response accuracy, conversation flow, and overall experience. - Follow all project guidelines and quality requirements carefully. Project Details - Language: ONLY NATIVE German (Switzerland) - Total Tasks: 2 (1 Airline + 1 Healthcare) - Call Duration: Approximately 2-3 minutes per call - Evaluation Time: Approximately 15-20 minutes per task - Estimated Total Time: Approximately 1 hour. Tools Required - Mobile phone - Personal email address - Stable internet connection - Headset or earphones (recommended for clear audio) - Quiet environment with minimal background noise Requirements - ONLY NATIVE German (Switzerland) - Ability to communicate naturally and clearly Strong attention to detail - Ability to provide accurate and objective evaluations - Experience with AI evaluation, data annotation, or content review is a plus but not required Important Notes - No script will be provided, only topics will be provided and conversations should feel natural. - Stay within the assigned scenario. - Do not use real personal or sensitive information during the calls. - Complete the evaluation immediately after each interaction. - Honest and detailed feedback is essential for this project.
