GlassHive | ConnectWise Implementation Specialist We're looking for an experienced GlassHive implementation specialist to assist with the implementation of GlassHive for a managed services business. The strategy, project plan and customer journey have already been completed. We're now looking for a technical expert to configure, implement and optimise the platform. The business currently uses Kartra for marketing automation, landing pages and email nurture sequences, with ConnectWise as its CRM. A key part of this project will be reviewing the existing Kartra environment and implementing the agreed future state within GlassHive. Project Scope The successful applicant will: Configure and implement GlassHive. Integrate GlassHive with ConnectWise. Review the existing Kartra environment, including automations, landing pages, email templates and nurture sequences. Migrate marketing assets, email templates and automations from Kartra where appropriate. Configure customer journeys, lead scoring and segmentation. Optimise marketing automations and lead nurture workflows. Review and optimise CRM data. Assist with testing and go-live. Provide implementation advice and best practice recommendations. Essential Experience Please only apply if you have genuine experience with: GlassHive ConnectWise PSA / ConnectWise Manage Kartra CRM implementation Marketing automation Customer journey design Email marketing platforms Experience implementing GlassHive for a managed services provider (MSP) and migrating from Kartra is highly regarded. About You We're looking for someone who: Has completed GlassHive implementations before. Has experience migrating from other marketing automation platforms. Can recommend best practice rather than simply follow instructions. Communicates clearly in English. Is proactive, reliable and easy to work with. Can attend occasional online meetings during Australian business hours. Enjoys working collaboratively with a project team. Project Details Immediate start.
