Summary

We run a digital marketing agency managing GoHighLevel accounts for 12 local service clients — med spas, dental clinics, home services. The problem is simple: our ops team is manually setting up workflows for every new client and manually babysitting follow-up sequences that should be running on their own. We need someone who genuinely knows GHL, not someone who learned it last month. On the lead intake side, we need Facebook Lead Ads and website forms flowing directly into GHL contacts with the right pipeline assignment and an immediate SMS and email triggered on submission — no manual step, no delay. From there we need multi-step nurture sequences with real conditional logic based on whether the lead opens, clicks, replies, or books. Not a linear drip. Actual branching. We also want reusable workflow templates for the standard stuff we set up for every client: missed call text-back, review request automation, reactivation campaigns. The goal is to build these once and deploy them across sub-accounts without rebuilding from scratch each time. On top of that we want an AI layer inside GHL Conversations. When a lead replies to an SMS, we want the system to classify intent and either respond automatically or flag it for a human. And where GHL falls short natively, we need clean integration out to Google Sheets for reporting and the ability to trigger n8n or Zapier steps for anything GHL can't handle on its own. We already have an agency account with sub-accounts set up. You'd be working inside an existing structure, following our naming conventions, and documenting everything you build.
