GoHighLevel Expert VA — Funnels, CRM, Integrations & Design | LATAM/CST Time Zone Prefer Latin America & proximity to US Central Timezone ABOUT THIS ROLE I am a business consultant and coach. produce online summits and coaching programs on GoHighLevel, accessed through Katalyst — a white-label GHL platform via Industry Rockstar (Kane Minkus). I need an expert VA who can independently build, manage, and optimize the components of my GHL ecosystem, from a clean CRM to polished funnels, to full event tech setups, website presence, and lots of communications. We will be heavily focused on Attraction/List Building and, as always, Fulfillment. This is not a task-taker role. I want a proactive partner who understands online events, brings creative solutions, and makes things look great. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Audit, organize, and maintain my CRM — contacts, tags, pipelines, smart lists, email lists. • Build funnels from opt-in registration flows, nurture sequences, sales pages, and followup flows. • Set up automations: email and SMS sequences, reminders, unopeneds, and post-purchase and no-show follow-ups. • Configure integrations: Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, Google Workspace, Zapier/Make, and others as needed. • Design supporting graphics: banners, opt-in images, social assets — on-brand and polished • Support full online summit tech setup: registration, speaker pages, replays, attendee sequences • Build membership areas and program onboarding workflows • Send weekly written updates and proactively flag issues and suggest improvements YOU MUST HAVE • 2 or more years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — white-label environments such as Katalyst a strong plus • A proven funnel portfolio: screenshots or live links are required with your proposal • Hands-on experience configuring Calendly, Stripe, and Zoom inside GHL workflows • Graphic design skills: Canva Pro at minimum — include design samples with your proposal • Examples of campaign or event tech support you have delivered — describe or show these • Availability during U.S. Central Time Zone business hours with at least 4 hours of daily overlap • Strong spoken and written American English • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you flag issues before they become problems. NICE TO HAVE • Social Media Marketing knowledge and skills-currently successful strategies • Experience supporting online summit hosts, course creators, or coaching businesses • Experience working in white-label GHL portals (Katalyst, GoHighLevel resellers, etc.) • Video or GIF creation capability for promotional assets • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices • Vimeo or Wistia embed experience for replay pages • Familiarity with Facebook Pixel or Google Tag setup on funnel pages HOW TO APPLY — PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY Your proposal must open with this exact line: "I have used GoHighLevel for [X] years."
