GoHighLevel Expert for Auto Repair CRM

We are Specialty Motorwerks, a growing independent automotive repair shop in Illinois. We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to build a complete CRM and customer communication system that functions similarly to DealerCenter, but is designed for an auto repair business. We currently use: * Tekmetric * Google Local Service Ads * Yelp * Google Business Profile * Website lead forms * Phone calls Our goal is to have every lead automatically enter one CRM where our team can manage customer communication, appointments, follow-ups, and reporting. -Project Scope We need someone to build and fully configure our GoHighLevel account from the ground up. -Lead Management Automatically capture leads from: * Google Local Service Ads * Yelp * Website forms * Phone calls * Facebook (future) * Manual entry Every customer should have a single contact profile with all calls, texts, emails, notes, appointments, and history stored in one place. -CRM Pipeline Create a pipeline similar to: * New Lead * Contacted * Appointment Scheduled * Vehicle Checked In * Estimate Sent * Estimate Approved * Waiting on Parts * Vehicle Ready * Picked Up * Review Requested * Future Service Reminder -Customer Communication Configure: * Two-way texting * Phone calling * Email * Missed-call text back * Voicemail * Call recording * Internal notes * Conversation history * AI chat assistant for customer inquiries -Automations Build automations for: * Instant response when a new lead arrives * Appointment reminders * Estimate follow-up * Repair status updates * Review requests after completed repairs * Service reminders at 3, 6, and 12 months * Customer reactivation campaigns -Tekmetric Integration Integrate GoHighLevel with Tekmetric whenever possible. If a direct integration is not available, use Zapier, Make.com, webhooks, APIs, or another reliable solution. -Dashboards Create dashboards showing: * Total leads * Lead source * Appointment conversion rate * Closed jobs * Revenue by lead source * Google Local Service Ads performance * Yelp performance * Missed calls * Response time * Team performance -Mobile Access The CRM should be fully functional using the GoHighLevel mobile app so our team can manage leads, communicate with customers, and receive notifications while away from the office. -Requirements Please apply only if you have experience with: * GoHighLevel * CRM development * AI automations * Zapier or Make.com * API integrations * Automotive businesses (preferred) * Tekmetric (preferred) Please include the following with your proposal: 1.
