GoHighLevel — Lead Follow-Up Setup
Worldwide
We need a practical GoHighLevel specialist to set up and support a small lead-follow-up pilot for one insurance agent. We will initially send approximately 20 RiseGen leads per week through the system and improve it based on real results. Initial setup Connect RiseGen leads (source with API) to our existing GHL account. Assign all pilot leads to one agent. but Be able to set-up for mulitple agents. Configure the agent’s GHL number for calling and texting. Enable call recording and make sure recordings remain attached to the correct contact. Create a simple pipeline: New Lead → Attempting Contact → Contacted → Sent to Supervious (external software used on calls) → Application Pending → Issued/Won, Not Issued/Lost, Cancelled/DNC, or Nurture Create an SMS follow-up sequence for leads who do not respond. Create manual call tasks and notifications so the agent knows when to call again. Continue follow-up for approximately 10–14 days unless the lead responds or the agent changes its status. Stop all automated follow-up when the lead replies, opts out, is contacted, or is closed. Local and door-knock leads RiseGen(lead source) provides the lead’s location. We will provide a list of counties or ZIP codes considered close enough for the agent to visit. For leads in that area: Add a Local / Door Knock tag. If the lead remains unresponsive after the initial call and SMS attempts, create a door-knock task for the agent. Do not create door-knock tasks for leads outside the approved zips/counties or leads marked DNC. Supervious tracking Supervious will remain a separate tool. No API integration is required. When the agent moves a lead to Sent to Supervious, GHL should: Record the date it was sent. Create a task reminding the agent to update the outcome. Allow the agent to record the carrier or product selected. Track the outcome as: Review Completed, Application Submitted, Pending, Issued, Declined, Not Taken, or No Suitable Option This gives us visibility into how many leads reach Supervious and what happens afterward. Testing and support Test the complete workflow using sample leads. Confirm calls are recorded and connected to the correct contact. Confirm SMS and call-task automations stop when the lead responds. Confirm local leads receive the correct tag and door-knock task. Provide a short Loom walkthrough. Include up to three hours of small adjustments during the first two weeks. If the pilot works, we want to retain the same person for ongoing GHL support at an agreed hourly rate. Please include Your GHL workflow experience How you would connect RiseGen to GHL Whether Zapier or Make is required Your expected completion time Confirmation that you can configure call recording/transcirptions Confirmation that you can provide the initial iteration support One example of a similar GHL setup This is still a reasonable small build. It adds operational visibility without turning the pilot into a custom integration project.
