Summary

I am looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist** to join my team part-time. This is not a beginner role. I need someone who can confidently build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems inside GoHighLevel for multiple client accounts. My business supports tax professionals and service-based businesses, so many of our builds involve: * CRM setup * Pipeline creation * Workflow automations * Email/SMS nurture sequences * Forms and surveys * Calendar booking systems * Funnel and landing page setup * Tags, triggers, conditions, and automation logic This role will begin as **part-time/as-needed**, but could grow into a long-term ongoing position for the right person. --- What You’ll Be Responsible For You should be comfortable handling most or all of the following: Workflow & Automation Builds * Build workflows from written SOPs or Loom videos * Create automations using triggers, waits, if/else logic, goals, and conditions * Troubleshoot broken automations * Fix duplicate sends, looping workflows, and trigger conflicts * Maintain existing workflows and improve efficiency CRM & Pipeline Setup * Create and organize pipelines * Build opportunity stages * Configure lead movement automations * Set tags and segmentation rules * Create client journey tracking systems Forms / Surveys / Calendars * Build forms and surveys * Connect forms to automations * Set up calendars and booking links * Configure reminders and confirmations * Handle reschedules / cancellations / no-show automations Funnels / Pages (Preferred but Optional) Bonus if you can: * Build landing pages * Edit funnel pages * Create simple websites inside GHL Website expertise is a plus, but **not required**.
