I’m looking for a highly competent automation builder to create a clean, simple-to-use system for a professional speaker and executive coach. The goal is not to build something impressive — it’s to build something the client can actually drive. The system should be powerful under the hood and simple on the surface. If it needs a manual to run, it’s probably too complicated. This is a fixed-price project with a 4-week hard deadline. What needs to be built: - GoHighLevel CRM setup - WordPress lead capture integration - Billing and scheduling setup integrated with GHL - Typeform assessment connected to GHL using n8n, Zapier, or Make - Automated follow-up sequences based on assessment results - Cross-linking between the assessment and case studies - Clear documentation so the system can run without daily management Required experience: - GoHighLevel automations and integrations - n8n, Zapier, or Make with conditional logic, APIs, and webhooks - Typeform integrations - WordPress integrations - Strong documentation and clean handoff Good fit: - You take a brief, ask the right clarifying questions, build it clean, document it well, and tell me when something won’t work before I find out the hard way. - I value clear communication, clean handoff, and practical solutions over overly complex builds. - I prefer someone who works independently, asks smart questions early, and keeps the system simple enough for a non-technical client to use confidently.
