Gong.io Consultant — Conversation Analytics & Revenue Intelligence

We're looking for an experienced Gong.io consultant to help us turn our existing library of call recordings into structured, actionable intelligence across sales and customer success. We have a large volume of recorded calls and need a specialist who can organize them, build analysis frameworks, and create repeatable reporting that our team can rely on. What You'll Do Audit and categorize our existing Gong recordings across sales and customer success calls. Build a framework to evaluate how thoroughly individual customer success managers and sales executives are executing their calls (discovery depth, talk ratios, next-step clarity, methodology adherence, etc.). Develop a customer health score for existing accounts using signals captured in Gong (sentiment, engagement, risk indicators, topic trends). Create an automated deal review template that pulls relevant insights directly from Gong.io. Configure trackers, scorecards, and dashboards so this analysis is repeatable without manual effort. Provide recommendations and a brief playbook so our team can maintain the setup going forward. What We're Looking For Proven hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Gong.io (trackers, scorecards, deal boards, smart trackers). Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED, or similar) and CS health frameworks. Experience translating conversation data into KPIs, dashboards, and review templates. Ability to work independently and document your process clearly. Bonus: familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue intelligence best practices.
