Google Ads Audit (Search + YouTube)

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to conduct a live, over-the-shoulder audit of our Search and YouTube campaigns. Context: In 2024, we were spending around $150K/month with strong ROAS. We've since scaled back to roughly $50K/month, and we're not confident our current media buyer is diagnosing the real problem or communicating a clear path back to prior performance. We need an outside expert to look under the hood and tell us straight: is this a campaign structure issue, a bidding/budget issue, a creative fatigue issue, an attribution/tracking issue, or something else entirely. Scope: Live audit call (screen share), walking through our account in real time Search campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding strategy, budget allocation YouTube campaign structure and creative performance Conversion tracking accuracy (are reported conversions trustworthy) Identify what changed between the $150K/mo period and now, if visible in account history Clear, prioritized list of what's broken and what to fix first Deliverable: A written summary (can be brief) after the call listing the top issues found and recommended next steps, in addition to the live walkthrough. Requirements: Must have hands-on experience managing accounts at $100K+/month spend, not just small business budgets Strong understanding of both Search and YouTube/video campaigns specifically (not just Search) Comfortable auditing live, on camera, and explaining findings in plain language as you go Will sign an NDA before account access is granted Please include a redacted before/after or case study from a past audit in your proposal
