Google Ads Audit Specialist Needed for Estate Agency & Conveyancing Business

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing Google Ads account and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion performance and return on investment. We are a Scottish estate agency and conveyancing firm operating across Edinburgh, the Lothians and surrounding areas. Our primary objective is generating property valuation appointments, property sales enquiries and conveyancing leads. This is an audit and strategy project rather than ongoing account management, although there may be an opportunity for future work depending on the quality of the audit and recommendations.
