Google Ads Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 10 hours per week to stat with). This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique challenges and compliance requirements of healthcare marketing and can deliver measurable results within Google Ads. We need someone in-house for 1.5 days a week, or can be divided into 15 hours per week (4 hours on Monday, 3 on Wednesday and 3 on Friday). Long-term opportunity with potential to become full-time. Key Responsibilities - Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for healthcare clients. Bonus if familiar with META ads as well. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Manage budgets and track ROI to ensure high-performing campaigns. - Create detailed reports and provide insights to improve ad performance. - Collaborate with our digital team on landing page optimisation and conversion tracking. Requirements - Proven experience managing Google campaigns, ideally within healthcare. - Strong understanding of PPC strategy, compliance, and conversion optimisation. - Comfortable working independently and reporting on campaign performance. - Ability to commit to 10-12 hours per week initially, during UK working hours, with potential for future growth.
