What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. This role is focused on campaign optimization, lead generation, and maximizing ROAS for client campaigns. Your Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and conversion rate Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages Set up and monitor conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels) Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns Collaborate with the team using ClickUp and GoHighLevel Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong understanding of campaign optimization and paid acquisition Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and performance reporting Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently Preferred Experience with GoHighLevel Familiarity with ClickUp Experience working with digital marketing agencies To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your paid ads experience Example campaigns you’ve managed (budgets, industries, or results) Tools you’ve used (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GoHighLevel, etc.) We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and focused on measurable performance.
