We are a fast-growing moving company looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to optimize and improve our existing campaigns. 👉 We already have active Google Ads campaigns running. 👉 Your job is to make them better, more efficient, and more profitable. This is NOT a “build from scratch” role. This is a performance optimization role. Your primary goal: 👉 Lower cost per lead and increase booked jobs Responsibilities: Audit and optimize existing Google Ads campaigns Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend Improve: Cost per lead (CPL) Lead quality Conversion rates Build and test new campaigns, ad groups, and strategies based on performance data Refine: Keywords (including broad match strategy) Negative keywords Ad copy Bidding strategies Monitor performance daily and make adjustments Work with our team to improve lead quality and booking rates Scale what works and cut what doesn’t Requirements: Proven experience optimizing existing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of: Lead generation campaigns (not eCommerce) Conversion tracking Cost per lead optimization Ability to analyze data and make quick, effective decisions Experience with home services or local service businesses preferred Detail-oriented, responsive, and results-focused What We’re Looking For: Someone who can take an existing campaign and improve performance quickly Someone who focuses on profit, not just traffic Someone who can identify: Bad keywords Poor-quality leads Wasted spend Someone who actively tests and iterates Success in This Role Looks Like: Lower cost per lead Higher-quality leads More booked jobs from the same budget Clear improvements in campaign performance within 30–60 days
