This is a flexible, behind-the-scenes role. The right person may help by troubleshooting issues directly, training our VA team, or both. Our team uses the Big Horn Digital Assistant, powered by ChatGPT, to organize business details, profile content, and client notes. The Google Business Profile Expert would use that information to guide our team, solve problems, and help us build a better process. 🎯 What We Need Help With We already have a VA team that can help with Google Business Profile setup and optimization, but we need expert guidance when profiles run into problems. The biggest needs are: - Suspended profiles - Verification issues - Unapproved listings - Profile setup mistakes - Reinstatement guidance - Best practices to prevent problems before they happen 🛠️ Responsibilities - Troubleshoot suspended, disabled, unapproved, or restricted Google Business Profiles - Help guide the team through reinstatement steps when needed - Review profile setup issues and explain what may have caused the problem - Teach our VA team the correct way to set up and optimize Google Business Profiles - Help create a simple checklist or process to prevent future suspensions Advise on categories, service areas, business addresses, photos, descriptions, updates, and verification - Create simple training videos, written guides, or checklists when helpful - Use the Big Horn Digital Assistant to review business information and share recommendations internally - Stay current on Google Business Profile rules, policies, and best practices 🚫 Not Required No direct client communication No sales calls No client meetings No need to write all profile content from scratch ✅ Good Fit - We are looking for someone who: - Has hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles - Understands Google Business Profile suspensions and reinstatement - Knows Google’s guidelines and common reasons profiles get flagged - Has experience working with agencies, consultants, or multiple business profiles - Can explain things clearly to a remote team - Is comfortable working with an India-based VA team - Can work independently and also train others - Is comfortable using ChatGPT or AI-supported workflows - Has strong English communication skills 🤝 Work Style - Remote - Flexible hours - Open to different countries and time zones - Open to consultant, trainer, contractor, or project-based support - No direct client contact - May start by helping directly while training the team 💡 Ideal Person The ideal person is calm, practical, and experienced.
