Google Cloud & AI Architect

I am preparing for a high-value technical consultation with Google Cloud representatives to discuss moving our SMB infrastructure toward Agentic AI and modern application development (specifically leveraging Google’s ecosystem). I need a cloud architect or technical consultant to help me audit our current setup, define our use cases, and articulate our requirements so we can maximize this meeting and get an accurate custom roadmap/quote from Google. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Infrastructure Audit: Help me document our current infrastructure setup (AWS/Azure/On-Prem/Hybrid) to present clearly to Google. Use-Case Definition: Define specific bottlenecks in our business (e.g., inventory management, customer service automation) that can be solved using autonomous "Agentic AI" rather than simple chatbots. Technical Readiness: Help identify our developer velocity, data security needs, compliance requirements, and potential pain points (e.g., multi-cloud egress, CapEx costs). Briefing Document: Create a short, high-impact technical summary (and architecture diagram if necessary) that I can hand over to the Google Account Executive and Customer Engineer. Required Experience Strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google’s Modern App Development tools. Experience with AI/ML integration, specifically Generative AI agents and workflow automation. Ability to translate business problems into technical cloud requirements. Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
