AdX / Google Ad Manager Specialist — Maximize RPMs for High-Volume Arbitrage Funnels We're an established performance advertising operation with a 7-figure media budget, scaling a content arbitrage business: paid traffic from Facebook/TikTok into quiz funnels monetized through Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, and related Google demand. Our media buying is strong. Now we need the person who squeezes every cent out of the monetization side. What you'll do: - Own our Google Ad Manager / AdX setup end-to-end - Optimize ad layouts, refresh strategies, floor prices, and demand configuration to maximize RPM/RPS - Analyze session data to find revenue leaks and untapped inventory value - Ensure policy compliance and account health (MFA guidelines, traffic quality, invalid traffic prevention) - Advise media buyers on which traffic and verticals monetize best, closing the loop between buy side and sell side What you bring: - Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and Ad Exchange (GAM 360 a plus) - Understanding of the arbitrage model: RPS, RPM, viewability, fill rates, floor pricing, header bidding - Experience with AFS/RSOC or display monetization of paid traffic is a strong plus - Analytical mindset — you back every change with data - You know Google's policy landscape and how to scale without risking accounts What we offer: - High-volume inventory from day one — real traffic to optimize, not theory - 100% remote, worldwide - Direct impact: every RPM point you gain drops straight to the bottom line - Long-term role in a fast-scaling operation — we're building a team, not hiring for a gig To apply: Describe a monetization setup you've optimized: what you changed, and what it did to RPM/revenue.
