This is not basic spreadsheet work. We need someone who understands operations, KPI tracking, dashboards, scorecards, reporting systems, and scalable business infrastructure. You must be fast, organised, highly technical with Google Sheets, and able to help us structure operational visibility across the business. What We Need Built 1. Operations & Customer Departments Build operational tracking systems for: Customer Service Customer Success Customer Onboarding Two separate products/programs We already know the KPIs we want to track. We need someone to structure the sheets properly, automate where needed, and create clean operational visibility for the team. 2. Marketing & Sales Department Tracking Create tracking systems for: Funnels Leads Sales KPIs Email marketing Content tracking Paid ads tracking Campaign performance Conversion metrics We want a clear operational dashboard that allows leadership to track performance quickly and make decisions from the data. 3. Department Scorecards & Dashboards Build department-level scorecards and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility.
