Google Workspace & DNS Expert Needed

We are looking for an expert in email deliverability and Google Workspace administration to fix urgent delivery issues for our domain. Currently, our emails are frequently landing in spam folders or being rejected entirely. We have identified several issues from our mail logs that need immediate attention: - Relay Authentication Failures: We are seeing errors indicating that our outbound mail isn't being properly authenticated. - Google Rate Limiting: We have been hit with "421-4.7.28" errors due to high-volume internal CC loops. - DNS Audit: We need a full audit and update of our SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure they are optimized for both Google Workspace and our third-party tools. - Group Workflow Optimization: We need to reconfigure a Google Group (used for internal logging) to prevent "fan-out" triggers that are damaging our sender reputation. Requirements: - Proven track record fixing Gmail/Google Workspace deliverability issues. - Deep understanding of DNS management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). - Ability to advise on "Best Practices" for internal email workflows to avoid future blacklisting.
