Google Workspace Email Deliverability Expert

We need an experienced email deliverability expert to diagnose and fix a Gmail spam issue for our Google Workspace company email. This is not a basic DNS setup job. We need someone with real Gmail inbox placement and sender reputation experience. Current setup: Email provider: Google Workspace DNS recently migrated from GoDaddy to Cloudflare SPF = PASS DKIM = PASS DMARC = PASS The problem: Even simple plain-text emails sent from our Google Workspace company email addresses to Gmail accounts are landing in spam. Gmail warning says: “This message is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past.” This happens even with: no links no images no HTML formatting no attachments simple test email So this appears to be a sender/domain reputation or Gmail deliverability issue, not a basic DNS setup issue.
