Google Workspace Email Migration Expert Needed (Network Solutions → Gmail)

Project Overview I am seeking an experienced email migration specialist to migrate my business email from Network Solutions hosting to Google Workspace (Gmail). This is a business-critical migration that must be completed with zero data loss, minimal downtime, and no disruption to my website or email communications. The selected freelancer should have extensive experience with Google Workspace migrations, DNS management, and email authentication protocols. Current Environment * Domain currently managed through Network Solutions * Email currently hosted through Network Solutions * Business website must remain fully operational throughout migration * Existing email history, folders, contacts, and sent items must be preserved * Primary devices include Mac desktop/laptop and iPhone using Apple Mail Scope of Work 1. Review and assess current email and DNS configuration 2. Create a complete backup of all email data before making any changes 3. Set up and configure Google Workspace 4. Migrate all historical email data, including: * Inbox * Sent Items * Drafts * Folders/labels * Contacts * Other mailbox data as applicable 5. Configure and validate: * MX records * SPF * DKIM * DMARC 6. Ensure website hosting remains unaffected throughout migration 7.
