Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration Expert (Cloudflare DNS / Exchange Online)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 migration consultant to help migrate our company from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Our Microsoft 365 tenant has already been created, licensing has been assigned, and the initial setup is complete. We are looking for an experienced consultant who has successfully completed multiple Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations. We want someone who can perform the migration while also explaining the process so our internal IT administrator understands how everything is configured after the project is complete. Project Overview Migrate approximately 11 active Google Workspace users to Microsoft 365. Our Google Workspace contains approximately 36 user accounts, but only the active users will be migrated. Microsoft 365 tenant is already configured. Cloudflare manages all DNS records. We have multiple secondary domains configured in Google Workspace. Users currently receive email sent to both their primary and secondary email addresses, and we need this functionality recreated correctly in Microsoft 365. We also use Google Groups, which will need to be recreated as Microsoft 365 Distribution Lists (or the appropriate Microsoft 365 equivalent). Scope of Work The consultant will: Review our existing Google Workspace environment. Review our Microsoft 365 tenant configuration. Develop a migration plan with minimal downtime. Perform the migration of active user mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and Google Drive data to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, and/or SharePoint Online). Recommend and use the best migration solution for our environment, whether Microsoft's native migration tools, Migration Manager, MigrationWiz, or another proven solution. Please explain why you recommend your approach and whether any additional licensing or software is required. Configure all primary and secondary domains correctly in Microsoft 365. Recreate all email aliases and secondary domain routing so users continue receiving email exactly as they do today. Recreate Google Groups as Microsoft 365 Distribution Lists or Microsoft 365 Groups where appropriate. Update and validate all required Cloudflare DNS records, including: MX SPF DKIM DMARC Autodiscover Verify inbound and outbound mail flow. Assist with Outlook configuration after migration. Test the environment and verify that all user data has migrated successfully before the DNS cutover is completed. Provide documentation of the completed environment.
