Google Workspace Migration Expert Needed

We are seeking an expert to migrate our email system from Microsoft 365 to Gmail. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing email migrations, ensuring minimal downtime, and providing support during the transition. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 is essential. The project involves migrating 1 user and requires a quick turnaround. ----- # Google Workspace Migration Expert Needed (Microsoft 365 → Gmail) ## Project Overview We are a small remodeling company based in San Diego, California, looking for an experienced Google Workspace consultant to complete our migration from Microsoft 365 (Exchange/Outlook) to Google Workspace (Gmail). **This is not a new Google Workspace setup.** Google Workspace has already been purchased and configured. ## Current Environment * Google Workspace subscription is active * I have a Google Workspace **Super Admin** account * Custom domain: **renovathomes.com** * Email is currently hosted on **Microsoft 365 / Exchange (Outlook)** * Our domain was recently transferred from **GoDaddy to Wix**, and Wix is now managing our DNS * We want to keep all existing **@renovathomes.com** email addresses ## Scope of Work We are looking for someone who can: * Migrate all email from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace Gmail * Verify Google Workspace is configured correctly * Ensure email sending and receiving works properly * Make sure there is minimal downtime during the transition * Confirm everything is functioning before Microsoft 365 is discontinued ## Required Experience Please apply only if you have completed multiple Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migrations. ## Deliverables By the end of the project: * Gmail is our primary email platform. * All historical email has been migrated successfully. * DNS records are configured correctly. * All users can send and receive email normally. * We are ready to discontinue Microsoft 365. **Budget:** Open to fixed-price proposals or hourly rates based on experience.
