Google Workspace and Cloudflare Migration Specialist — GoDaddy/cPanel Email and DNS

We operate two Indian businesses, Flynetics Systems and Insulin Express. We currently manage several domains through GoDaddy and use a GoDaddy Ultimate Linux/cPanel hosting account primarily for email. Our live websites are hosted separately on Framer and Wix, so this project does not include redesigning or moving the websites. Current environment: Approximately 20–22 cPanel/IMAP mailboxes across several domains Approximately 18 GB of visible historical email Five principal domains, including flynetics.com, flynetics.co.in, insulinexpress.com and dipanshusinha.com Some mailboxes belong to current users Some are shared addresses such as contact, info and jobs Some belong to former employees or legacy businesses Email is currently accessed through Outlook on Windows and mobile devices Email continuity and the preservation of historical Flynetics email are critical Objective: Migrate the organisation from GoDaddy/cPanel email to Google Workspace/Gmail, move DNS management to Cloudflare where appropriate, preserve all required historical email and enable us to cancel the GoDaddy hosting plan safely. Scope of work: Conduct a complete discovery and inventory before making changes: Domains DNS records Mailboxes and storage used Aliases and forwarders Mailing lists SMTP accounts used by websites or applications Current SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration Prepare a written migration plan containing: Proposed Google Workspace users Addresses that can become aliases, groups or delegated inboxes Treatment of former users and legacy-domain mail Migration method and tools Cutover sequence Expected interruption, if any Rollback plan Backup and verification plan Final recurring licence cost Create and securely configure Google Workspace: User accounts, aliases, groups and shared/delegated inboxes Secondary domains or domain aliases where appropriate Two-factor authentication Separate emergency/recovery administrator Appropriate administrator roles Gmail security and anti-phishing settings Back up and migrate email: Complete backup before DNS changes Pilot migration of at least one non-critical mailbox Historical email, folders, sent mail and attachments Final delta migration after cutover Written record of source and destination message counts Clear reporting of any skipped or corrupted messages Configure DNS and email authentication: Cloudflare DNS setup MX records SPF DKIM DMARC, initially in monitoring mode Website records must remain unchanged and both websites must remain available DNSSEC after the environment is stable Configure and test Gmail: Desktop/browser access Android/iPhone access Sending and receiving from all required addresses Replies from aliases and shared addresses External delivery tests to Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook and at least one independent mail provider User guidance for moving from Outlook to Gmail Post-migration support and handover: Monitor the old and new systems during the agreed coexistence period Minimum 14 days of post-cutover support Administrator handover session Simple non-technical operating guide Final DNS and account inventory Confirmation of which GoDaddy services can be cancelled Removal of the contractor’s access after acceptance Important controls: No DNS or MX change without our written approval No deletion of source email or GoDaddy mailboxes during the project GoDaddy hosting must not be cancelled by the contractor All Google Workspace, Cloudflare and domain accounts must be created in and owned by our company We will retain the primary super-administrator and billing ownership Contractor access must use an individual named account with two-factor authentication Password sharing through email or chat is not acceptable Historical email may not be downloaded to a personal contractor device unless explicitly authorised and encrypted Contractor must sign an NDA and data-confidentiality agreement Contractor must provide an invoice and identify the contracting legal entity Required experience: At least five completed cPanel/IMAP-to-Google Workspace migrations Experience migrating multiple domains and legacy addresses Strong Cloudflare and DNS experience Demonstrable knowledge of MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC Experience preserving Outlook PST or local Outlook data where required Experience with Google Groups, aliases and delegated inboxes Ability to provide references or evidence from similar migrations Clear written and spoken English Availability during Indian business hours for the final cutover Please answer these questions in your proposal: Describe the most similar migration you have completed, including mailbox count and source platform. Which migration tool would you use and why? How would you verify that no historical email was missed? How would you handle former-employee mailboxes without purchasing unnecessary licences? What is your rollback procedure if mail delivery fails after changing MX records? How will you prevent the Framer and Wix websites from being disrupted? What access will you require from us? What information will you provide before asking us to change DNS? What post-migration support is included? Provide a fixed-price quotation, expected duration and milestone breakdown.
