Summary

I already have a Twillio account and phone number created. I need someone to confirm that I have setup my Twillio phone number account configured correctly. I do NOT require Twillio API assistance. I already have a website built that will dial the twillio number. I also dont need SMS at this time, only voice, with a whisper message. The project will be considered completed when my Twillio number is dialed and it is forwarded it to another number with a whisper message. We can do the whole project either online with screen shots or on a phone call. People I have talked to say it should take about an hour.
