Title: GovCon Sales / Capture Assistant Needed for AI Automation & IT Services Agency I run an AI automation and IT services agency, and I am looking for someone to help with government contracting sales, capture support, and subcontracting outreach. I already have AI systems that can research opportunities, identify contracts, and create initial opportunity summaries. I do not need someone whose only skill is searching SAM.gov or procurement portals. I need someone who can help turn researched opportunities into real conversations, teaming relationships, subcontracting opportunities, and proposal submissions. Our services include: * AI automation * Workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier * AI voice agents and chatbots * CRM automation * IT support and systems administration * Cybersecurity support * Data/document processing automation * AI video and content automation workflows Responsibilities: * Review AI-researched government contract opportunities * Help decide which opportunities are worth pursuing * Build and manage a pipeline of prime contractors and teaming partners * Conduct outreach to prime contractors, public-sector vendors, and small business liaison contacts * Follow up with prospects and help book intro calls * Help position our agency as a subcontractor for AI automation and IT services * Improve or help create our capability statement * Support proposal preparation when an opportunity is worth pursuing * Track outreach, replies, deadlines, and next steps in a CRM or spreadsheet * Help create a repeatable GovCon sales process Ideal experience: * Government contracting sales, capture support, business development, or proposal coordination * Experience with U.S. and/or Canadian government contracting * Experience contacting prime contractors for teaming or subcontracting * Strong written communication skills * Ability to understand IT, AI, automation, software, or technical services * Comfortable working with AI-generated research and validating the best opportunities Important: This is not just a research role. I am looking for someone who can help with sales execution, outreach, follow-up, positioning, and proposal support. To apply, please answer: 1.
