Join a Leading Manufacturer Serving Government, Corporate & Institutional Buyers Nationwide Are you an experienced office furniture sales professional who understands government purchasing, GSA contracts, and large-scale commercial projects? We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Government & Commercial Furniture Sales Representative to help drive growth across federal, state, local government, education, healthcare, and commercial markets. This is a remote position with unlimited earning potential for a sales professional who knows how to navigate procurement processes, build long-term relationships, and close high-value furniture projects. If you have experience selling office furniture, ergonomic workplace solutions, cubicles, desking systems, conference furniture, educational furniture, or related workplace products—and understand GSA schedules and government bidding—we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop and manage relationships with federal, state, local government, education, and commercial buyers Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach Identify, track, and pursue government bidding opportunities Respond to RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, and procurement requests Work with procurement officers, purchasing departments, facilities managers, project managers, architects, and designers Present furniture solutions for offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government agencies, and corporate environments Manage the sales process from lead generation through project completion Collaborate with internal teams on quotations, proposals, specifications, and project execution Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings, industry events, and customer presentations Required Qualifications 3+ years of B2B office furniture sales experience Experience selling to government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, or large commercial accounts Strong understanding of GSA Schedule purchasing processes Experience identifying and responding to government bids and procurement opportunities Proven track record of closing furniture or workplace solution projects Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships within government procurement, education, healthcare, or commercial markets Experience with GSA Advantage, SAM.gov, GovWin, BidNet, or similar procurement platforms Experience selling: Height-adjustable desks Office workstations Cubicles Conference room furniture Educational furniture Workplace accessories Ergonomic solutions Knowledge of contract furniture manufacturers and dealer networks Compensation Competitive base salary (depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses Remote work flexibility Significant growth opportunity with a rapidly expanding organization Why Join Us?
