Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist for Real Estate Brokerage (Ongoing)

Graphic Designer (Canva & Real Estate Marketing) – Long-Term Position Hourly Rate: $5.00–$8.00/hour About the Role We are a growing real estate brokerage seeking a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to create professional marketing materials for our brokerage and our team of real estate agents. This is a long-term remote position with consistent weekly work.If you have strong Canva skills, great attention to detail, and can deliver high-quality designs with quick turnaround times, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Design listing flyers, open house flyers, just listed, just sold, under contract, and price improvement graphics Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Stories Design postcards, brochures, business cards, banners, and other print marketing materials Create recruiting and company branding materials Update existing marketing templates with new listings and agent information Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials Complete design requests from multiple real estate agents Organize editable Canva templates and design files Qualifications Strong experience with Canva Pro (required) Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus Strong English communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection Experience with real estate marketing is preferred but not required What We Offer Long-term, ongoing work Consistent weekly design requests Flexible remote schedule Opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance Compensation $5.00–$8.00 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio.
