Graphic Designer Needed To Bring MY Logo To Professional Fruition

I used Ai to create the image I was envisioning but as we all know Ai is atrocious when it comes to the finer details and pixelation. Zoomed out, it looks great. Zoomed in, it looks like an 8-bit and somehow blurry nightmare. Unfortunately my Adobe Illustrator days are long behind me and I don't see the value in repaying for it when I can hopefully just hire someone who knows what they're doing to get the job done well and in way less time it would likely take me to relearn the newest version of Adobe il. So, I'm looking for someone that can make me this image, clean, vector(able, if that's a word lol), as well as black, white and colour (so 3 in total). The Colour version I'd like to be a dark navy with dark gold/khaki highlighting, like the photo I provided. I don't want the imagery changed at all, would just like this exact image but professionally done. Thanks!
