Graphic Designer Needed

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented graphic designer to support an arts and culture organization with ongoing marketing and communications projects. Work may include social media graphics, event promotions, digital advertisements, presentations, flyers, and other branded materials. We will often provide brand guidelines, written content, rough layouts, existing references, or AI-generated concepts that need to be refined into polished, editable designs (ideally recreated in Canva to allow for easy revisions to be made by a variety of people. The ideal candidate has strong typography and layout skills, can maintain brand consistency, and is comfortable creating alternate versions based on detailed feedback. This will be an hourly, as-needed relationship managed through Upwork’s time-tracking system. Applicants should be responsive, collaborative, comfortable with revisions, and willing to provide editable source files. Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred, and Canva experience is helpful. Please include your portfolio, hourly rate, availability, typical turnaround time, software experience, and confirmation that you are comfortable working from AI-generated references.
