Graphic Designer for Aerial Markups

I'm looking for a talented graphic designer with experience creating professional aerial site maps and property markups for commercial real estate marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, and can transform aerial imagery into clean, polished leasing materials that are easy for brokers, landlords, and prospective tenants to understand. Responsibilities * Create high-quality aerial property markups using satellite imagery. * Outline property boundaries, available spaces, access points, and surrounding landmarks. * Add labels, callouts, directional arrows, road names, and tenant information. * Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quick turnaround times. Requirements * Proven experience with commercial real estate graphics or similar mapping/wayfinding projects. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign. * Ability to work with Google Earth, GIS imagery, or other aerial mapping resources. * Excellent attention to detail and strong design skills. * Ability to follow branding guidelines and maintain consistency. * Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience working with commercial real estate brokers, developers, or property management firms. * Familiarity with retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use leasing marketing materials.
