Growth & Conversion Expert Needed for Established 8-Figure Fragrance Brand

Looking for someone to help us figure out what's actually gone wrong with our fragrance brand. We've done 8 figures in sales over the years and had a really strong run, but growth has slowed down and we're trying to understand why. The product isn't dead. The niche isn't dead. People are still buying fragrance online every day. Competition is definitely higher than when we started, but I don't think that's the whole story.
