Growth & Conversion Expert Needed for Established 8-Figure Fragrance Brand

Looking for someone to help us figure out what's actually gone wrong with our fragrance brand. We've done 8 figures in sales over the years and had a really strong run, but growth has slowed down and we're trying to understand why. The product isn't dead. The niche isn't dead. People are still buying fragrance online every day. Competition is definitely higher than when we started, but I don't think that's the whole story. The bigger issue is that we've been running basically the same offer, messaging, and general strategy for years. We haven't really had anything new or exciting come through the pipeline, and I feel like we're too close to the business to see what's obvious. What I'm looking for is someone who can come in, go through our historical data, understand what made customers buy in the first place, identify what's changed, and help us find opportunities we're missing. This is not a "run my ads" job. I want someone who can think strategically and isn't afraid to challenge assumptions. Things I'd like reviewed: * Historical sales and customer data * Conversion trends * Offers and promotions * Landing pages/funnels * Positioning and messaging * Competitive landscape * Customer psychology and buying behavior Ideally you've worked with DTC/eCommerce brands before and have experience helping businesses that have hit a plateau.
