Growth & Engagement Operator (DMs, Comments, Lead Generation)

We’re The Doggo Group, a UK-based company building and acquiring businesses in the dog services space (training, boarding, membership platform). We already create content. We need someone to turn that content into real conversations, leads, and sales. This is NOT a content creation role. This is a growth + engagement + conversion role. Your Responsibilities: Engage with dog owners and dog business owners on Instagram & LinkedIn Comment thoughtfully on relevant posts (no spam) Reply to all comments on our content Start natural conversations via DMs Build relationships and guide people toward: Training services (high-ticket) Membership (Doggo Club) Business conversations (acquisitions) What We’re Looking For: Strong written English Comfortable starting conversations with strangers Sales mindset (not pushy, but confident) Able to think, not just follow scripts Experience in outreach, appointment setting, or lead gen is a plus Daily Expectations: 50–100 meaningful comments 20–50 DMs started Active conversations every day To Apply: Answer these: How would you start a conversation with a dog owner who liked a post about training?
