LeverMap — Growth Lead Growth Lead (Part-Time) — Take an Early-Stage B2B SaaS to First Paying Customers About us We are a visual reasoning canvas for strategic decisions, a canvas where you map the levers that drive your business, track plan versus actual, and reason through decisions, with AI that builds the model for you. It is not a spreadsheet replacement and not a full financial modeling tool. It's the place where strategic reasoning happens, gets shared, and accumulates history: a living model, always current, not a one-time build. Who it's for: founders, CFOs, fractional CFOs, and strategy consultants, people who make consequential business decisions and have always worked around inadequate tools (messy spreadsheets, static slides, expensive consultants). Where growth stands: GTM has been run solo by the founder so far. We're pushing toward our first paying customers now. This role owns that push. The four ICP segments • Founders (16% of market, entry point), highest urgency, need to understand their business model fast for pitching and fundraising. • Fractional CFOs (7%, multiplier), work across multiple clients; one tool multiplies adoption. • CFOs (44%, largest segment), need to communicate financial drivers to boards and leadership. • Strategy Consultants (33%), map business drivers for clients, run scenarios, present reasoning. We enter via founders, expand to fractional CFOs, scale to CFOs and consultants. Which ICP to prioritize first, and why, is part of what this role decides, not something handed down. The role This role owns the revenue side of the business: the whole machine that gets users in and keeps them, from first contact to paying customer. Ismael keeps product decisions and the public voice. This is an operator role, not an order-taking role: when something isn't working, "that was the plan" is not an answer. You diagnose it, bring options, and we decide together. What you'd own • Find the fastest path to first customers. Several ICP directions are worth testing (founders raising money, fractional CFOs, others). You help decide where to focus, not just execute a prepicked list. • Run acquisition end to end. Outbound, inbound, community, paid, your call, based on what's converting. A small testing budget is available for paid channels if you can make the case. • Convert attention into signups, and signups into activated, retained users. Getting someone to notice us only matters if they reach their "aha moment" and come back. • Find and prove a repeatable motion. Not scattered activity, real numbers behind what's working, doubled down on. • Own the number. Weekly, straight reporting: what moved, what didn't, what's next. You're a good fit if • You have 3–5 years of experience in growth or GTM roles, with real ownership of acquisition, not just execution under someone else's plan. • You've worked at at least one early-stage B2B SaaS company, ideally taking it from zero to real paying customers, and can name the number you moved and how. • You think in ICPs, channels, and conversion, and have your own instincts about which stack and channels to use, rather than needing them handed to you. • You own outcomes: you bring the diagnosis and the next move, not excuses. • You want real input on strategy, a feature, not a problem, as long as product decisions and public voice stay with the founder. • You can work directly with a founder, async, without weekly hand-holding. Not a fit if • You're junior or purely execution-level; this role owns the number and makes channel calls independently. • You need the acquisition plan, and channel choices decided for you before you can act. • Your only experience is B2C or e-commerce, or big-budget/big-team with no scrappy early-stage work. • You're looking for pure execution work with no ownership over direction. Engagement • Part-time to start, scope flexible based on your proposal • Remote, async-first • Rate: $20–40/hour, based on experience and track record • Fixed bonus for hitting agreed customer/revenue milestones, structured together • Reports directly to the founder Selection process • Recruiter interview • Founder interview What we need from you (week one) • Your initial read on which ICP to go after first, and why. • What you'd test in week one. • A first-cut view on channels: what you'd run, and what you'd deliberately not run yet. We'll align on the plan together before you start executing. Straight, weekly reporting on what moved and what didn't from day one.
