Growth Marketer / Creative Strategist

Fieldtrip is a performance creative and media agency group working with brands like Vinted, Canva, and Amex. We are looking for a talented growth marketer and creative strategist to help build our webinar, newsletter, and thought leadership engine. We're looking for someone who executes: drafting fast and with taste (newsletters, landing pages, webinar copy, posts) and running webinar and live event operations end to end, from registration to sales handoff. You should know creator-led content, UGC, and paid media well enough to have opinions and know what good looks like. To apply, send two or three pieces of marketing you personally made and shipped (for a brand or an agency), plus one thing you owned end to end. Links, not descriptions. No cover letter needed. If you've never run a webinar, that's fine, we hire doers who move fast. How to apply: Pick any DTC or app brand you admire. Find one of their ads currently running (Meta Ad Library, TikTok, wherever you spot it). In three or four sentences, tell us why it works, or why it doesn't. The hook, who it's for, and the insight underneath it. Then give us three new creative concepts for that same brand, each aimed at a different persona or angle. For each, give us the hook (the first line or first three seconds), the format (talking-head UGC, founder, demo, etc.), and one line on the insight it's built on. Package it the way you'd actually hand it to a strategist or a client. One page or a few slides. Spend no more than 45 minutes. We're judging your thinking and your taste, not polish.
