Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help drive customer acquisition through paid advertising and creator partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical side of growth marketing and the relationship-building side of influencer outreach. You'll work directly with the founder to execute marketing initiatives, test new ideas, and help scale acquisition channels. What You'll Do Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Execute marketing ideas and growth initiatives provided by the founder Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers and creators Negotiate partnership terms and manage creator relationships Develop and test new acquisition strategies Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement Help implement and execute broader marketing initiatives across channels What We're Looking For Experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation Comfortable with influencer outreach, DMs, and partnership negotiations Self-starter who can take ownership and execute with minimal oversight Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to move quickly and test new ideas Bonus Points Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or health-tech Experience working with SaaS, B2B, e-commerce, or DTC brands Familiarity with creator/influencer marketing programs Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels About the Role Remote Full-time or contract (depending on experience) Direct collaboration with the founder Opportunity to have a significant impact on company growth When applying, please share: Examples of Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns you've managed.
