Inspired by classic Mexican flavors, we're currently available in every Total Wine across Texas and multiple additional states, as well as many of the largest liquor store chains in Texas. As we prepare to launch a new consumer product, we're investing heavily in influencer marketing and digital growth — and looking for someone who wants to build that engine from the ground up. This isn't a role where you'll simply execute someone else's playbook. You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO to build our influencer, gifting, and UGC programs from scratch, while also helping drive paid and organic customer acquisition across the brand. Critical Requirements — Please Read We are specifically looking for someone who can demonstrate, with real samples, hands-on experience in all three of the following: 1. Influencer marketing — you've built and run influencer campaigns before (please provide samples) 2. Growing consumer brands — you've directly helped grow a consumer/CPG brand (please provide samples) 3. UGC (User-Generated Content) — you know how to source, brief, and manage UGC creators (please provide samples) Applications without samples for these three areas will not be considered. What You'll Be Responsible For Build and Run Our Influencer Gifting Program: - Find and vet relevant influencers and creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms who fit our brand and audience - Plan and manage gifting campaigns — sending out branded gift boxes with product and swag to drive organic posts and buzz - Build a repeatable system for outreach, fulfillment tracking, and follow-up - Negotiate and manage paid influencer collaborations alongside organic gifting - Track performance and ROI across both gifted and paid partnerships Source and Manage UGC Content Creators: - Identify and recruit UGC creators experienced in producing UGC-style ads for consumer products - Brief creators and manage production of UGC content for use in paid social and organic campaigns - Build a pipeline of reliable UGC creators we can call on repeatedly - Review and select the best-performing UGC for scaling into ads Launch Our Affiliate Marketing Program: - Build and manage an affiliate network from scratch -Recruit affiliates and brand advocates - Create promotional assets and incentive programs - Track and optimize affiliate performance Support Paid and Full-Funnel Customer Acquisition: - Help manage paid social campaigns and audience targeting using influencer/UGC creative - Improve landing pages and social profiles for conversion - Support email capture systems and automated email flows - Contribute to broader customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and email channels Lead Creative Coordination: - Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing partners - Help develop culturally relevant campaigns and brand experiences - Coordinate production of gifting boxes, swag, POS materials, and influencer kits - Source products and vendors (e.g., via Alibaba) for swag and gifting materials when necessary Conduct Market & Competitive Research: - Study top-performing beverage, consumer, and DTC brands' influencer and UGC strategies - Analyze successful campaigns and identify transferable tactics - Stay current on emerging platforms, creator trends, AI tools, and consumer behavior - Present recommendations backed by research and data What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, you'll help us: - Build a scalable influencer gifting and UGC content pipeline - Launch and grow our affiliate program - Establish a steady cadence of organic and paid influencer content - Create repeatable systems for sourcing, briefing, and managing creators - Generate measurable revenue and awareness impact from influencer and UGC marketing Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications: - Proven experience finding, vetting, and managing relevant influencers, ideally including gifting/seeding campaigns - Experience sourcing and managing UGC content creators for consumer product ads - Experience managing paid influencer collaborations - Paid social ads experience (Meta, TikTok, or similar) - Strong understanding of full-funnel customer acquisition - Ability to independently manage projects and drive results - Excellent research and analytical skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership teams - Able to share samples or case studies of past clients/brands you've worked with on influencer marketing, UGC, or gifting campaigns AI & Technology Mindset - We strongly believe modern marketers should leverage AI to increase speed, creativity, and productivity. - We're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools to: - Accelerate creator research and outreach - Generate and test creative ideas - Improve campaign execution - Increase operational efficiency - Produce higher-quality work at scale Bonus Points If You Have - Experience marketing beverage, alcohol, food, lifestyle, or CPG brands - Experience building influencer or UGC programs from scratch for a consumer products brand - Experience launching affiliate marketing programs - Graphic design skills - Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms - Experience sourcing products or managing overseas vendors - Experience working with fast-growing startups Why Join Us? - Direct access to the Founder & CEO - Significant ownership and autonomy - Opportunity to build our entire influencer/UGC function from the ground up - Fast-moving entrepreneurial environment - Real impact on company growth and strategy - Long-term career growth opportunities as the company scales - We're looking for builders, problem-solvers, and growth-minded marketers who want to help create something exceptional. - When you apply, please include samples, case studies, or a portfolio showing past clients/brands you've helped with influencer marketing, UGC, or gifting campaigns. - We'd love to hear from you!
