Growth Marketer and Short Form Content Creator

I run a webpage for an AI powered astrology site. The product is live and working but need a marketing presence. I'm looking for one reliable person to own short-form content and early growth experiments, primarily on TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is not a "just edit the videos I send you" role. I want someone who thinks about hooks, distribution, and what actually drives clicks and installs, and who can move fast without heavy hand-holding. If this goes well, it becomes a steady ongoing engagement. Write your own hooks and captions — you should have opinions about what makes someone stop scrolling. Post consistently and track basic performance (views, watch time, profile clicks, link taps).
