Growth Marketer for SaaS App (Meta & Google Ads + Sales Commission) — Part-Time, Ongoing

Overview We're a newly launched SaaS app in the accounting/fintech space (invoice scanning with QuickBooks Online integration), looking for a hands-on marketer-slash-closer to help us get in front of our target customers and convert interest into paying users. This isn't a "run some ads and disappear" role. We want someone who can own the top of the funnel (Meta and Google Ads, digital marketing) and stay close enough to the pipeline to help close deals — because you'll be paid to do both. What you'll own: - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns targeting accountants, bookkeepers, and small business owners - Build and iterate on digital marketing efforts beyond paid ads — content distribution, email outreach, - LinkedIn/community engagement, or whatever channel makes sense for the audience - Track campaign performance and report on cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and ROI - Support the sales conversation once a lead is warm — you don't need to be the sole closer, but you're incentivized to help move deals across the line - Suggest positioning and messaging tweaks based on what's actually converting Compensation structure: - Fixed monthly retainer: $100–$300/month (based on experience and scope agreed upfront) - Tiered commission on closed deals — the more you help close, the higher your commission rate climbs past target thresholds. Full structure shared with shortlisted candidates. Time commitment: Part-time, roughly 10 hours/week. Flexible schedule — we care about results, not hours logged. You're a good fit if you: - Have hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns (not just theory — show us results) - Have worked with early-stage/startup products before and are comfortable with ambiguity - Understand basic sales funnel mechanics and aren't precious about jumping into a sales conversation when needed - Bonus: familiarity with the accounting/bookkeeping/SaaS-for-SMB space To apply, please include: - Examples of Meta/Google Ads campaigns you've run (with results, even directionally) - A short note on how you'd approach the first 30 days for a newly launched app with a small existing user base - Your availability and preferred rate structure
