Growth Marketing & Content Manager

MediaReps is an established company in the ecommerce and tech industry, looking for a talented, motivated leader to come in and collaborate with our team. We are looking for a self-starter with project management experience and a positive attitude, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team as we grow our products. Primary Focus: Meme Pages & Revenue-Driving Content The core of this role is managing and growing high-traffic meme/social pages that directly drive clicks, traffic, and revenue. A key asset you’ll work on is our flagship meme page: 👉 https://www.instagram.com/finestmemes/ Secondary focus includes e-commerce brands and select performance-focused pages You will be working side-by-side with me: Managing and growing meme/viral content pages (e.g., FinestMemes) Improving traffic and conversion rates and sales Supporting product and campaign launches for e-commerce brands Creating Monthly Report on traffic and revenue impact from content initiatives Analyzing performance data and iterate quickly Tracking meme page performance (reach, engagement, CTR, outbound clicks) Identififying top-performing content types and scale them Creating graphics Writing blogs Writing captions Upload content into automated posting software Keeping up-to-date with shared marketing calendar Other basic admin tasks The ideal candidate would: Able to study the brand guidelines to capture that specific audience Be available for weekday/weekly communication Be available to attend 1 weekly meeting (Date: TBD) Has a positive attitude Has a good sense of brand identity Brings new ideas and suggestions to the team Has experience with: Canva, Wordpress, Asana, Google Suite Has at least 2 years Admin/Social Media experience **BONUS: if you have experience with stock market lingo, online advertising, and subscription based business models.
