Most people have experienced the frustration of needing help with a broken AC, plumbing issue, electrical problem, cleaning service, or other home project—and then spending hours searching, comparing, calling, and hoping they make the right choice. We're changing that. Lynx connects homeowners with vetted, top-rated service professionals and is currently expanding its marketing efforts as we grow. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can take ownership of our content strategy and help turn our marketing efforts into measurable business growth. This is not a social media posting role. This is not a virtual assistant role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, improve our messaging, and help generate customer signups and service requests. What You'll Do Content Strategy: Develop and manage our overall content strategy Identify customer pain points, objections, and opportunities Create content themes, campaigns, and messaging frameworks Test new hooks, content angles, and storytelling approaches Continuously refine messaging based on performance Content Creation: Create carousel posts and static content Write captions, headlines, hooks, and calls to action Write short-form video scripts for our on-camera spokesperson Collaborate with team members to produce and publish content Ensure content remains consistent with brand voice and goals Social Media Management: Manage content calendars across multiple platforms Coordinate publishing and scheduling Maintain consistency across channels Monitor trends and identify opportunities Recommend new content formats and campaign ideas Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages Encourage meaningful engagement Help build trust with our audience Escalate customer issues when necessary Performance & Growth: Track content and campaign performance Analyze results and recommend improvements Identify opportunities to increase engagement, traffic, signups, and service requests Report on key metrics and outcomes Focus on business results rather than vanity metrics What We're Looking For Required: Excellent written English Strong copywriting skills Experience marketing to U.S. consumers Experience managing content and social media strategy Ability to create high-quality content using Canva or similar tools Ability to write compelling short-form video scripts Strong understanding of customer psychology Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and similar platforms Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred: Startup experience Marketplace experience Home services experience Local business marketing experience Meta advertising experience Experience building content systems from scratch Within the first 90 days, this person will: Establish a structured content calendar Improve consistency across all channels Create a repeatable content production process Improve audience engagement Increase website traffic Increase customer signups and service requests Bring new ideas and recommendations without waiting for direction Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day content planning Compensation This is an ongoing role. We're open to discussing compensation based on experience, skills, portfolio quality, and demonstrated results.
