About Charly Charly is a digital agency designing and building web, brand, UX/UI, ecommerce, and product experiences for US clients. Legal home is San Francisco, team mostly in Europe with part in Latin America. 15 people, small enough that one strong hire changes the trajectory of the company. About the Role We're looking for a senior operator to own how Charly grows: marketing, business development, and the sales cycle. You'll attract attention, build relationships, grow the lead funnel, and move deals from first conversation to signed contract, improving the process as you go. This is a strategic seat. You take things from idea to done without waiting to be told, and you own the outcomes. You'll work mostly with the CEO and GM, alongside a marketing associate. What You'll Own - Marketing and brand positioning, messaging, content, case studies, social presence - Lead funnel and partnerships, real relationship-building, not cold outreach - The sales cycle end to end, from first conversation to signed contract - Sales collateral, decks, proposals, follow-ups that are clear and unmistakably Charly - CRM and pipeline hygiene to keep growth repeatable Requirements - Proven marketing and business development experience, ideally agency or creative-services - Track record building relationships, growing a lead funnel, running a sales cycle - Exceptional written and spoken English, clear and persuasive, not corporate filler - Self-directed, comfortable working closely with a founder - Based in Europe or Latin America - Kind, talented, ambitious Ideal, Not Required - MBA or equivalent - CRM/pipeline tool experience - Interest in adjacent areas like recruiting or QA as we scale - Exposure to the US client market How We Work We're a no-BS culture built on honesty, including light time-tracking with periodic screen snapshots.
