We are also launching several technology platforms including: - UAMP (Unmanned Aircraft Mission Planner) - DroneWork Marketplace - AROC.au - ACE Corporate Training Programs We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and help scale our brands across Australia. ## What We're Looking For We need an all-round marketing expert who understands: - AI-powered marketing tools - Google Ads - Google Analytics - Google Tag Manager - SEO - GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) - AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) - Facebook Ads - Instagram Ads - LinkedIn Marketing - YouTube Marketing - Email Marketing - Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Marketing Automation - Lead Generation Funnels - Landing Page Optimisation You must be able to think strategically while also executing campaigns yourself. ## Key Responsibilities ### Paid Advertising - Manage Google Ads campaigns - Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns - Create retargeting campaigns - Improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs - Track conversions accurately ### SEO & Organic Growth - Improve search engine rankings - Create content strategies - Optimise website content - Build authority through backlinks and partnerships - Improve local SEO performance ### AI & Automation - Use AI tools to increase productivity - Develop content creation workflows - Create automated marketing systems - Implement lead nurturing sequences - Use AI for analytics and reporting ### Social Media Management - Create content calendars - Grow social audiences - Manage community engagement - Develop video and short-form content strategies - Increase brand awareness ### Strategy - Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy - Identify new market opportunities - Generate more student enrolments - Generate more corporate leads - Increase awareness of our software platforms ## Success Metrics You will be measured on: - Website traffic growth - Lead generation - Cost per lead - Conversion rates - Student enrolments - Corporate enquiries - Return on ad spend (ROAS) - Search rankings - Social media growth ## Essential Experience Please only apply if you have: - 5+ years digital marketing experience - Proven Google Ads success - Proven Meta Ads success - Strong SEO knowledge - Experience using AI tools - Excellent English communication skills - Demonstrated results from previous campaigns ## To Apply Please provide: 1.
