HealthTech startup helping disability and aged care providers simplify compliance, quality and operational management through software and AI. We’re looking for a highly organised Growth & Outreach Assistant to help us build relationships, generate opportunities and support business growth. This role is focused on outreach, lead generation and growth operations rather than graphic design or social media management. Responsibilities: • Research potential customers, partners and industry stakeholders • Build and maintain prospect lists • Support outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and other channels • Manage and update CRM records • Identify partnership opportunities • Research industry events, awards and grant opportunities • Assist with customer onboarding and follow-up activities • Use AI tools to improve research and productivity • Support sales and business development activities Requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong research skills • High attention to detail • Comfortable learning new software and AI tools • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently Nice to Have: • B2B SaaS experience • CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar) • LinkedIn outreach experience • HealthTech, disability or aged care experience • Startup experience We’re looking for someone proactive who enjoys solving problems, finding opportunities and helping a growing startup scale.
