Now, we are expanding our operations to serve US staffing agencies and organizations. Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven Growth Partner to help us enter and scale within the US market. This is a commission-based opportunity where you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating with, and onboarding US clients to our workforce solutions. You will act as the bridge between our delivery team and US-based clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential US staffing agencies and organizations. Present our end-to-end solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Automation, API Integrations, Accounting). Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations. Close deals and onboard new clients. Maintain relationships with clients for long-term engagement. Work closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Who We’re Looking For Based in the US or experienced working with US staffing/HR/payroll clients. Strong background in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within: Staffing & Recruitment Payroll & HR Services SaaS / HR Tech / Fintech Proven ability to negotiate and close B2B deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission model.
