Summary

Need a Retention Ops for a Peer Support App (ADHD/Autism). Person needs to Make sure every new user finds someone who gets them within 24 hours so we can grow retention. Daily concierge work for users to understand them and keep them coming. Checking metrics and weekly metrics report in mixpanel Preferably should have early-stage community ops experience, warm casual writing, connection to the ND community. Experience with mobile app growth, D1/D7 retention strategy, and paid social (Meta) is prefered. Not looking for a content creator or social media manager
