Gtm engineer

GTM Engineer (AI Native) We run the outbound engine for a managed IT services company: lead sourcing, enrichment, cold email infrastructure, CRM automation, and a lead database. The founder currently operates all of it through Claude Code. Your job is to take that operation over. You will work inside an existing codebase with established pipelines. You direct AI agents to do the heavy lifting and apply judgment on what they produce. This is an operator role with engineering tools, not a software engineering role. What you will do Run contact enrichment workflows: pull records, enrich via data APIs, QA the output, push clean data to HubSpot Manage the lead database: deduplication, hygiene queries, schema upkeep, reconciliation against the CRM Maintain and extend automations across HubSpot, the email sending platform, and deployed AI agents Monitor daily pipeline jobs, investigate failures, fix or escalate Build small internal tools and scripts when a workflow needs one, with Claude Code writing most of the code You should have Daily working fluency with Claude Code or a similar AI coding agent. You will be asked to demonstrate this live. SQL you can write and read without help Experience with CRM data operations (HubSpot preferred) and B2B data hygiene Comfort reading code well enough to judge whether a script did what you asked Strong written English and the discipline to report what actually happened, including failures You do not need A computer science degree or professional software engineering background Cold email copywriting skill (that stays with us)
